We ended up around 3.45-3.55 with cranked timing on a very similar sized track (D3s, Ballistic).

Personally, I ran a D3 with stock rotor @ 3.5 and it was very good. Speed-wise it was very competitive with my stupid fast fellow Grand Rapidians....
