Also just so everyone knows this is not any type of attack or making the engine, Trey anyone associated with go in any way to look bad. This is me trying to figure out what if anything I did or am doing wrong. Trey Sistrunk,Grizz,Flanno and especially Matt from nitro North have been bending over backwards trying to help me figure this out. Could be I got that 1 with a carb issue. That simple. I will say that with the gxr carb with the short lsn I was able to dial it right in and it HAULS ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, we know you well Matt, we know you are not attacking anyone or anything, so don't worry there.
Sorry, I cant answer that one for ya, not know if single or double O ring.
Just so I understand you....
So the GXII you have won't play nice with the original carby but runs sweet with your GXI carby ??
If that is the case, maybe there is a issue with your new carby...
1, when it's bolted in does the body rock/rotate a little ??
2, is the high end needle body/niple/alloy washer nipped up ??
3, is the high end needle body inside clear of obstruction that may be moving around (ie a very small piece of brocken off O ring) ??
4, is the throttle slide boot fitted correctly ??
5, if none of these then I'm lost for more ideas, and maybe you should see if you can get an exchange GXII carby :/
