I still run my V One RR-Evo occaisionally. Its a solid car.
If you look around you can still find spares and hopups cheap on the Internet.
You can also use parts from the old Trinity Reflex NT if you can find those easier than the Kyosho parts. K-Factory makes parts for the Reflex. I think the Team Magic G4/ RD Logics Mongoose have suspension and drivetrain components that are compatible.
