Here's a cheap option for wider hexes, I used these Traxxas ones to get a 1.62mm gain in width. The stockers are about 3.84-3.86mm wide. One the new hexes, I sanded down the little raised portion around where the pin goes, to make the back completely flat. At this width it was about 5.47mm wide, giving a nice 1.6mm gain.
