The Mini-T is a good choice as long as you use upgraded electronics, I like the Team Associated 18th scales as well, the 4wd makes it easier to drive in most situations. Any mini you get will have minor bugs and you will have to tinker a bit to iron them out, so it should usually come down to what parts are most available to you over there. The Duratrax/Anderson/LRP minis are very nice, but they do require a few expensive upgrades in order to have much fun, after that they are nearly bulletproof though.
