The V2.1 comes with 528 stock. I just picked up another and that is what was on mine. I loaded 101212 right away.
Your gearing is way off. Good for non boost, but you need to gear like a mild mod. What buggy you running? I'd start maybe with a 76/78 spur depending on the tranny ratio and pinions in upper mid 20's. You could always start with the default settings which are pretty mild. Check temps every few laps.
You could try my setup from the first page and just adjust gearing for a buggy.
