Understanding my situation and few others, is that we run outdoor in the summer. Mostly because of the track size due to 1/8 scale. I know that RCHR doesn't have the room for such a track but that could possibly be the difference of slow times in the summer. If you could possibly make the outdoor track larger to accommadate these vehicles, things might be different. Whether you run 1/8, say on Thurs. nights or some other night to try to get the business there. Or possibly rent the space next to you, tear down the wall, create a larger track and also possibly run all year long. Or like LIR does in the summer with opening windows/vents. I know indoor nitro is just plain Toxic, but it's something I was just throwing out there.I know it's tough to make an educated business decision, especially in today's economy, but the savy entrepreneur's thrive. You need something game changing to make people think they are going to the Disney World of R/C tracks! I know it's easier said then done. I like racing at RCHR when timing permits. I also like racing outdoors in the summer when it's nice with my 1/8, when timing permits. This is not intended for any negative comments, just throwing out some ideas to maybe hope someone can piggyback it with something of their own to try and come together as a racing community and solve this common problem we all share.........
