I have never used Kal gard before? BUt I use all the other products and like them a lot. Do this test next time you go out.... Clean and re-oil your air filter before you go. and check your carb venturi to make sure there is no "dust" in it, clean it out with a Q-tip if there is. Then go out and run for the day. Then remove your air filter and check to see if there is any dust or dirt in the carb venturi or in the air filter boot. If there is not then your good, if there is, then Change oils to something that will catch the dirt better. We tried a lot of air filter oils out there (not all of course) And our brand air filter oil and the kyosho "green" work the best in our opinion.
