Have you seated the outdrives over the "o" rings that are located in the grove on the spool.
Run the car as per the build instructions, it is a good place to start and go from there.

good call, bc i couldnt get it to seat, the rubber ring slips out-hmmmmm??? just keep trying?
also the diff appears to be smooth but really tight (backed screw 3/4 per insttructions), as if the diff lube with the kit is too thick-any thoughts here, build error?
maybe the same o ring issue..checking
