It comes with the Hudy setup boards, the decal sheet, the droop gauge, 4 piece hex and 1 philps screw driver, the tool set is exactly you need to put that car together, to bad that it does not come with the turnbuckle wrench.

My opinion is get the T1, you will not regret it.

I do not have tc3, but i have 2 T1s and 1 Pro, and 1 Pro 3
