I'm not familiar with the white lighting lube but the oneway needs VERY thin oil.
As for the graphite grease, the reason why people use it is because it's dry power based and does not attract dust. I do not use it but I use silicone lube and Serpent Bearing oil for general lubing. For ball diff balls and thrust bearings, I use the Mugen Super Grease.
