Unless those are new batts, you can get a better charge using manual, charge at 3amps and 3.3 for starters with the peak sensitivity as low as it will go (think this is limited to 5mv/cell) and see hot hot they get when they peak. They should be hot since NiMh peaks at ~120F, but not hotter.

If they are cool, you can start inching the charge rate up - I charge my 4000mah NiMhs at 5amps, you should be able to get to 4amps at least with the 3300mah ones.
