Kings kid has a track and had a pretty good turnout when it was open you will have to ask him about fesability, The local track I race on reportedly had $15,000 invested and more hours than can be counted to gross $4,000 in entry fees in its first year without another track within approximately 75 miles I have heard the scoring systems cost thousands alone. Check on the interest and need in your area, I built an offroad practice track in my back yard and posted to a couple of forums and have had 1 visitor and multiple family members turn laps in a year and a half and there are no other tracks within 25 miles of my place.
