Chances are there buggered. It does depend on where the marks are, but having done the same thing myself it will more than likely be at the top of the piston and have an associated black mark to go with it. Cause is from trying to lean on the engine before its fully run in.
I was gonna say, if you have 2 that are like that it means that your running them way too lean.
