anybody who has been in the hobby a while will let you know temp guns are not for tuning, fastest way to e conversions. tune in small increments from rich to lean and find your "window". stay on the rich side of the window as much as possible and only temp motor if its in the window then all of a sudden acts funny. if you tune in small increments you will get to know your motor a lot faster to the point where you will be able to tell your pit guy "3 or 4 hours on top" and get it spot on every time.
