You can get the 7954's for about 80 a piece shipped from tower if you buy em in pairs with coupon code. Best bang for the buck going. I personally would stick with the 7954/7940 or 7945 combo and bypass the 5965's. Stick with HV servos in the premium lineup. Those servo's will pay for themselves many times over when you find out they outlast a few of your rollers.

If you want to keep the price down instead of a 7954/7940 combo you could actually just do a pair of 7954's for both steering and throttle/brake. If your running at 7.4 volts, .12 transit time at 60 degrees is nothing to sneeze at and is quite fast. And you will never have to worry about brake fade, lol.
