Awesome video. I never thought about building diffs like that. I've always left the gear on the outdrive. I'll give that a try next time I rebuild the diffs.

Why do you have the motor turned that way?? No wonder you're having issues. I'd mount it so that the wires are around the 10~11 o'clock position (as you're looking from the rear of car).

This is mine when I had the MMM setup:


No problems R&R'ing the motor and leaving the mount in the car.
