Can a sensored brushless overheat?
I took my 10.5T novak setup for a run today, and it seemed to get pretty warm. My gear ratio is set to novak's ideal 5.5:1 (its actually 5.56:1).
The thing is, I dont have a temp gun or anything to measure it with. So i was hoping that the built in "thermal protection" will shut the motor off in the case of it getting to hot.
Is that right?
