mah = run time.

3C-4C = charge rate. example, Take a 5000mah pack x 3C = 15 amps. 5000mah pack x 4C = 20 amps charge rate. Take the mah x it's "C" rating and thats what you can charge it at.

It's the mah x charge amps. A 1C 5000mah pack you can only charge at 5 amps total.

25-30-40-45-50-55-60C is the packs discharge rate.

11.6 volts is a 3's lipo not charged, fully charged it's 12.6 V.

7.4 = a 2's= 8.4 fully charged.
