You will need a special collet installation tool that
slips into the slot in the collet. It will spread the
collet open just enough to allow it to slide onto
the crankshaft. I don't have the exact part number
of the tool, but you may already have one, most
people call it a "small flat-head screwdriver".
It looks similar to the tool that you might use to
adjust the mixture screws on the carburetors of
the rc nitro engines.
