I dont know how the heck squirrel is, but I would not glue tires like that.

First off the rim and the tire should be cleaned with alcohol. I use rubber bands "see below" on the side I am glueing to ensure it gets a tight bond to the rim. And unless you want glue EVERYWHERE I would recommend getting some of the small tubing that fits into your CA bottle, That way the glue goes where you want it
