Ok ok. I think I'm getting you here Billy. Make a couple of small holes in the Rim itself (through what would be considered the hub cap) so it allows debris (sand / dirt) to exit the inside of the wheels when beginning to accumulate.

Then, punch a 1/8" hole in the tire (where Im not exactly sure) for air release to bring down balloning quickly. ------> regarding this: won't debris in turn enter the tires? I can't imagine sand and dirt trapped inside the tire camping out with the foams is good for business
