They are a delta configuration
star config = more rpm (more kv )
Delta config = more torque (less kv) (but now with turbo these configurations mean nothing.)
You can also have both delta star config but i dont think that is allowed .
You see most motors have a higher kv rating than others and thats becuase of there winding config not turns .

Sorry if i am beeing negative here but i think it is important that you as an Hobbywing official is always clear and correct.
Maybe you should pass the technical bits to someone like Shizeng who is always understandable and seems to have his facts together.
