I run the RC8TCE box setup with 2 changes. 30wt oil front and rear and 1 dot lower rear antisquat (I think 2 down). For tires I used soft AKA I-beams.
My truggy was last rebuilt 1.5 gallons ago. I havent rebuilt the diffs or shocks since last fall. I did finally change the clutch shoes and bearings before the main though. All Ive done over the last 6 races besides that is clean it and charge the battery.
