How do you connect the bottom ballon to the bottom shock? or does it just sit there?
All you do is pull the spring up, slide the spring retainer on the shock rod, and pull the balloon down over shock end. Lock the spring retainer in place on the shock end. The same piece that holds the spring in place will keep the balloon in place too. I hope that makes sense.
