That particular Tamiya body for right now from what I understand is only a Stratus body mocked up with Subaru details. When I looked really close to the front headlights at the show, you can see the mold lines for the stratus lights sticking out from underneath the subaru light stickers. I do think it's an excellent idea if they can make the body look like some other cars (using decals) while retaining the shape of a body that is working well (like the D.Stratus from Ride) The Ride MK-II and MK-III are the most popular body in Japan (both Stratus style body)
Ride do have a new body that they show at the Shizouka Hobby show which is an Acura TSX (Looked awesome, which I will post a picture as soon as I find it) and we are looking to bring in the Ride bodies as well (possibly under our own speed tech label)
