Uhhhhh....you need to have a cut off of .9v per cell. Bringing your cells down to zero can be very damaging to you nimh cells. Hence, to decrease in performance in you 3000's. You really need to read up on proper maintenance of nimh's!!! They are NOT conditioned the same as nicads!!!
