Are you kidding. Off-road tracks are popping up all over the place. Crystal Lake, Pekin, Kewanee, Decatur, Peoria, Joliet, Marengo. Just to name a few and that doesn't include dirt oval.
Now let's list the on-road tracks, Joliet, Winthrop Harbor, Danville, Carbondale, Underground and a few parking lots.
