With a one-way in the rear, it'll do that same thing, but ON the throttle instead.

Sounds like you have a massive tweak issue, or something in the setup isn't equal left to right (ride height, droop, camber, toe, shock lenght etc). I'd put it mostly down to build tolerances between the plastic parts, as cheaper Tamiyas aren't as well made as the TRF or TA04-onwards cars.
