100% right, thats exactly whats happened, im sure locktite is the answer, i did locktite most of the metal to metal screws, guess i never expected that one coming loose.
Try using only 2 bevels, not all 4 bevels also
Just double your oil thickness (ie, if you use 50,000cst normally with 4 bevels, you need to use 100,000cst with 2 bevels). You get a much smoother diff action and get the advantages of weight savings off your drivetrain.
I have been using it for ages, works great....
