Starting a nitro buggy rental will fail quickly, no need to debate. Just do it like everyone else does, and rent slashes. Unless of course, they are overpriced. If you are interested in owning a shop and/or track, you really need to spend some serious time and learn how the business/hobby/industry operate. This means going to tracks and seeing what's going on.
