As he said that is how refunds work. You ship the product back and once the seller gets it they issue the refund. HOWEVER since the damage was not disclosed fully during the sell, I would pause to question integrity of the seller. It could be as simple as it worked that way and he never though of the repair, so an honest mistake, or it could be that he knew it was jacked up and tried to hide it. If it was the latter I would be very concerned about sending it back. If you can handle the waiting sending it back to Horizon Hobby sounds like the way to go. You're probably looking at less than $10.00 shipped USPS Priority with Insurance for peace of mind. Good luck

Horizon Hobby will fix the RX and ship it back for free, it will just cost you the price of shipping to them and a 2-3 week turn around period...
