Yup. But you should go with the smallest 2nd gear pinion (21T) and biggest 2nd gear spur (57T) to get close to stock Mugen 2nd gear ratio (5.09 versus 5.42). If the Mugen uses 62 mm tires and 5.42 FDR, then you should use 58 mm tires with 5.09 FDR (21/57) to match their tire rollout.
