Just completed the finals of my Evo. In Extreme RC Car this month they tested the Evo and had a great article. The one thing they didn't like was how the reciever was exposed. Well the Mugen MTX-3 cover fits just nice. Easy fix. I did notice that my Evo's throttle linkage was in the direct path of the stock antenna holder. I had to move it over a little. Other than that the car is built like a TANK. My Mongoose is ready to eat some SNAKES!!! 
Hey Nitropimp, do you need to do any modifications to the MTX3 receiver box in order to fit it onto your RR Evo? Or do you simply screw it on into place?
