If it makes you feel any better, your shock tower and caps and rear wing are protecting your body!! i ran short course for a long time and you go thru bodies like crazy since they take all the abuse! I would be willing to bet the cost of replacing your shock tower and caps from time to time is less than replacing bodies as often as i did racing short course.
