The shocks come prebuilt. Just add oil. The diffs come pre-built, but I suggest rebuilding them yourself. (you will need to add the diff fluid). All of the tie-rods come prebuilt (which need zero adjustment) including the one for the steering servo.
Associated did a good job on saving people headaches on this kit for the most part.
