Good points. I do have areas I can work on that I'll try and address before Wednesday. New motor, new car, and little time to get everything dialed in. My backup plan is settle for 9:15-9:30 pits.
If it's not my pipe combo, than I think I just need to learn to tune this better. Honestly I haven't gotten to the point were I just keep leaning until I see/feel a performance loss and back it off and fine tune from there. The motor runs very strong already, so I stopped at that point. I don't think I have that 99% tune yet.
you'll notice the bottom bog off the corners when you've gone too far in on HSN, then i back off a little at a time till it stops bogging. then after its been running 15-20 mins i fine tune the bottom. after that its ready for 60 mins straight but can take awhile to warm for a 5min qual.
