recently i ordered item from

but i wanna add item b4 the ship out my item so i email them..
they reply and say will send money request for the balance to my paypal account.
waited for more than 2 days still no reply so i email them and the CS reply say will check with the account department..
after 24 hours still no reply from them so i email back and say "just ship me the item tat i hv paid..
no reply there after.

after 24 hours..
email them again and ask for solution..
no reply again..
after 24 hours email them again. coz my ordered status in their website is "short payment"..
but i cant pay due to dunno how much to add on..
already 3 days since my last email to them.. their address in hongkong is
