Thanks. What about the Hitec servos? Half the price of the Futaba so they are kind of hard to ignore especially since I only paid $30 for the car. Are they junk?
Don't skimp on the servo, it's a VERY important part of a 1/12th. The futaba 9650 is excellent. There is also a JR that is very good (can't remember the number but I have one in my car).
I'm sure Hitec makes a decent one but the two I mentioned are the most commonly used for good reason.
