Has anyone experienced problems, with the capacitors on the GT2? I bought a used SP GT2, from a person here, and have a problem. I wired, and installed it in my '007, on Sunday, and I got FLAMES, and smoke! The only wiring, I did, was to solder the motor wires, so that shouldn't have had any effect. I have the 528 firmware, and had an experienced racer set-up the programming. Now, when I put it on the line..I addded throttle, and it stuttered...then burned! The ESC looks to be ok, as does the battery, BUT..the wires, for the capacitors are fried, and burned! Anyone have an idea what happened? I dont know if it was the ESC, or the caps, that are the problem, and am afraid to try anything, with it, now!
