nice work! i take meticuloous care of my lipos too. i keep track of them in my smartphone with # of charges so i know how many each pack has. i balance them every charge and never discharge them past 70-75%. i talked to Flightpower about a pack that i had only 140 charges on and the pack puffed (10s heli pack). the pack was 4 years old with only 140 charges on it, he said that was what killed the pack, 4 year life span is really good i guess. he said i could have charged it 500x in those same 4 years and it still would have died at the same time. so apparantly, age has just as much to do with performance of the lipo as does # of charges.
