A few of my mates run the Gt7 with ko gear and don't have a problem.
There is a local guy here that fixes them for about $50aus.
Which is no good to you but there would be someone over there that would fix them also.
I'm sure someone would be able to help you out.
The GT7 is a good speedo. Bummer to buy a new one.
