Yep, old restrictors will fit. New motor should come with a new set of orange annodised restrictors anyway. No spare rod or glow plug this time I'm afraid (unless your local distributor throws a plug in the box for you)
Lol like I said before... we put the goodies inside this time! Also, our conrods are priced much lower than most others to begin with.
