So I need a 1-xx cell nicd/nimh, 1-6s lipo, 100w+ plug in, internal power supply and balancer. Would like it to be digital with individual lipo cell readouts, and banana plug input

Don't mind spending money, but don't want it to come with a 400 page manual either....so I'm thinking 100-150 bucks give or take.

I would appreciate some help if you could.
