will need to glue your rubber tires or you will spend more time off the track then on it.

you best bet is to speak to people at your track, see what works, then build up a supply. You can go to the hassle of unglueing the tires if you must, but you will be better placed to buy new one's as required.

never nice to have to keep buying tires, but the old ones are good for practice and mucking around.

have a read of the rubber tyre reviews done for the F104, they give you a good starting point, as well as robk blog....both are really handy source of tire info.
