Both TY and Randy ended up responding, I think they got the impression I was freaking out. I was just frustrated because I cant tell if its something Im doing or its the product. If its the product, thats fine Ill send it back. Im disappointed, yes, I haven't even got to try it out and Im already paying shipping back to Tekin, but it could very well be me too. So we'll see.
On a side note UPS just came to the door and I got my steering servo back, the just replaced it with a complete new one. Kudos to associated for taking care of me, total turn around time, including shipping and the weekend was 7 days, 5 of which were shipping.
