BTW, I finally glued my first set of tires nice and straight! I know, I know, it's a small victory, but after mounting more than a few sets crooked, I did a little searching and came across this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MQEU7RSptdU. I followed those steps and it came out pretty darn good. I think one other step that I did helped a lot. I mounted the unglued wheels & tires on my balancer and gave them a spin. If the sidewall was out of whack, I adjusted. I kept doing this until everything was straight. Then went on to gluing. I was gluing a set of V3 Pro-Line wheels and tires, and I did have to use rubber bands.
Decent vid. Proline one's alright as well. All much the same really.

Gregg, keep us posted with the hotwire. I've got one sitting here so keen to hear your findings with it.
