I'd like to compare this comment to the OS V-Spec vs. OS Speed.
The Speed is factory "tuned".

I think we all know that this means that OS has done port and crank work to it.
Of course it doesn't mean more power can't be extracted by an engine modder, but it DOES mean that it has more "work" done to it than the "base model" V-Spec.

The GXII being "factory modded" means it has more work done to it at the factory than the GX models. So what is happening is, GO isn't going to release a base model.
