Don't worry about it too much. Follow my break in procedure and you should be ok. Set the idle gap with the idle stop screw first, then set the HS needle to flush and fire it up. Your engine will will tell you how it is set! If the LS needle is too lean your idle will be really high, if your LS needle is too rich your idle will be really low. Just adjust it (the LS needle) until your idle is nice and smooth and then you know you are ok! Remember when you are breaking in your engine also try to break the tuning down to the basics which is what attempt to do using my system.
