wait till some one jumps down your throat and say give them a break.. be patient.. they are doing it for us... im with you man...


but when ask.. if your order expired the day before the worlds do you think they would give you a break just this once even though you were a paying customer for 4 + years.. i don't think so....


just a quick email to all that pre-ordered is very simple....
